Vikings Workforce is a private workforce operations app for authorised company users. The app supports field forms, health and safety records, fleet defect reporting, asset records, toolbox talks, company documents, photos, signatures, GPS capture and operational notifications.

What to include
- Your name and login email address.
- Your company or organisation name.
- The device you are using, for example iPhone or iPad.
- A short description of the issue, including the form, vehicle, asset, document or toolbox talk involved.
- Screenshots where they help explain the problem.
Account access
Vikings Workforce accounts are managed by authorised company administrators. If you cannot access a form, document, asset, vehicle or toolbox talk, your company administrator may need to check your role, company, depot, team or mobile access settings.
